Unlock the full benefits of contrast therapy by pairing the heat of our sauna with a rejuvenating cold plunge. Alternating between intense warmth and refreshing cold is the gold standard for resetting your nervous system, reducing inflammation, and boosting mental clarity. It’s the perfect way to turn your private sauna session into a complete, full-body recovery experience. Two plunges avaliable.

Do I need anything for setup?
We just need a safe, level space to park the sauna. We’ll confirm access details with you before your booking to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver to Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Haldimand, Norfolk and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re within range, send us a message and we can help you!
Is it cleaned between rentals?
Absolutely. We thoroughly clean and sanitize the sauna and cold plunge after every booking to ensure a safe, comfortable experience.
How big is the sauna?
The sauna fits up to 6 guests at once. For larger events, we recommend cycling groups of 4–6 for 10-15 minute sessionss each.
Why I Started This
I started this to bring the benefits of sauna and cold exposure to more people in a simple, accessible way. What began as a personal routine for recovery and mental clarity turned into a way to help others reset, recharge, and feel their best.
Like a lot of people, I used to travel to spas regularly, but it quickly became a hassle coordinating schedules, finding dog-friendly options, and covering the extra cost. I wanted something easier.
Every setup is designed to be simple, private, and enjoyable, whether it’s at your home, cottage, or event.
