By booking our mobile sauna services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Reservations
• All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking platforms.
• A deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking. The balance is due at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment, all waivers are complete, and all details have been confirmed.
• All details, payments, and waivers must be completed no later then 24 hours before delivery or your booking may be canceled and our cancellation policy will apply.
• You may book for multiple days, and rates may vary depending on the rental you choose.

2. Payment
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information at the time of booking.
• Bookings are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or changes require 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled booking otherwise you will loose your security deposit.
• In cases of emergency, we may consider refunds or rescheduling at our discretion. Each case is handled individually.
• No-shows, inadequate communication of delivery details, or late cancellations are non-refund.

4. Delivery and Setup
• You are responsible for providing your delivery location (via our wavier at the time of your booking confirmation (this link is sent and clearly marked in your confirmation email to complete) with a suitable location for sauna delivery. The area should:
    • Accommodate a large truck or delivery vehicle
    • Have level, firm ground (avoid soft, uneven, or sloped surfaces)
    • Have enough space for additional equipment if you booked the cold plunge
• Mino Mobile Sauna is not liable for delays caused by inaccessible or unsuitable delivery locations.

5. Use of Equipment
• Sauna and related equipment must be used responsibly and according to instructions provided.
• You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow guidelines.
• Smoking, open flames, or unsafe electrical modifications are strictly prohibited.

6. Waivers and Liability
• Customers must sign a liability waiver no later then 24 hours before booking or their bookings will be canceled and our cancellation policy will apply
• By using our services, you assume all risks associated with sauna use, including but not limited to dehydration, heat-related injuries, or accidents.
• Mino Mobile Sauna, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the sauna, except where required by law.

7. Age Restrictions
• Sauna use is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. No persons under 18 are permitted to use the sauna under any circumstances. By booking, the renter accepts full responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy. Mino Mobile Sauna, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from unauthorized use by minors.
• Pregnant individuals, persons with certain medical conditions, or anyone unsure about sauna safety should consult a physician before use.

8. Email and Marketing
• By providing your email, you agree to receive service-related updates and promotions.
• You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Privacy
• Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.

11. Changes to Terms
Mino Mobile Sauna may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
